A little bit of everything…
Personally, I have 6 years of experience in art design and 7 years of working in the wedding industry. I have worked as a graphic designer, artist, florist, event planner and always a photographer. My husband, Marty, and I believe in strong family bonds and working as a team. We believe in our work and know that our team will orchestrate and execute the most spectacular event.
Marty and I started this business on a dream. After years of experience as photographers and learning the in’s and out’s of weddings, we saw a need to create a full-service wedding venue where couples could enjoy their wedding day in a beautiful setting without the stress of having to keep track of all the details. Since opening our doors in 2007, we’ve opened two more locations and assembled a team of individuals, the best in the biz, that are second to none! Our services and expertise go far beyond a place to rent for the day. Our concept is so, so much more.
The Fountains was not created to give you an assembly-line wedding. I don’t want you to live my dream of getting married in Greece. I want you to live your dream. Everything was created as a blank canvas so that you may bring in elements that define you as a couple. You might find copycats along the way… but our ballroom was created with your vision in mind. We can’t wait to dream with you, plan with you, and execute a day as unique as you.

A little piece of heaven…and peonies too!
Kelly is my name and flowers are my game! Ha! In a world full of artists, I have finally found my niche. I am the girl behind the scenes–knee deep in flowers. I am fun, creative, and a perfectionist. I use my background as an artist to make everything I create an original piece of art and oftentimes, I find myself under the gun because I refuse to sacrifice quality. My creative ideas are always flowing and my knowledge of flowers is ever growing. I am modest by nature but love to bring out the bling and beauty in everything I do.

The Party…The Personality…The Guy on the Mic!
Whaaaz UP! There is nothing like bragging up Omaha’s best DJ and we’re so proud he works for us!
If you’re looking for a captivating MC to keep the party alive, a confident voice to guide the crowd, and a perceptive ear to turn it up or tone it down, according to your taste in music, then Brandon is your man. He brings energy to the party; he reads the crowd and gets them dancing; he never uses the excuse, “they just weren’t feeling it;” and every show is just as amazing as the next. If you haven’t had a chance to experience one of his events then we’ll schedule a time for you to check him out. Brandon is a first class DJ/MC and we are glad he is a part of our team.

Laura
All the details…
Have you ever wondered how that magical day is created? Who does the checking and double-checking? Who looks over the invoice and coordinates all the elements so that each event runs smoothly? While we want our brides to feel as if they’re living in an effortless fantasy, it takes hours of planning, orchestrating and organizing to make each fairytale come to life. I take your invoice from the designers, line up the team, and scrutinize over the details in order to provide a seamless day.
I make sure the linens are pressed and sashes are ironed. I check that the correct centerpieces are loaded and everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. Though you may not always see me, I know your day as if it were my own. Personally, I enjoy being organized and I want to ensure the magic we create is well planned and executed.

Shinin ‘em up and shipin ‘em out…
Whether it’s buffing a little unwanted shine or cutting-out Uncle Richard (the guy in EVERY picture), I put the finishing touches on your photos. Just think of me as your personal graphic designer. Soooo not only do you get to work with a highly skilled photographer on your wedding day, you get a graphic artist with over 9 years of layout and graphic design experience and 3 years leading the design team at The Fountains Ballroom. According to Erin, the editing work is what makes our photography such a strong asset to the business.
In all seriousness, I spend hours sorting, editing, shining-up and building custom albums for all your pictures so that you’ll have a collection of photographs to appreciate. In addition to quality, I feel it is important to get your photos packaged and sent out in timely fashion. Practical yet captivating…
If you have a vision but still need to hash-out the details or you’re not even sure what that vision looks like, I look forward to working with you. I feel it is important to listen closely, help you stay within your budget and show you items that will work for your day. I do not believe in selling something you don’t want or need.
A planner by nature, I like to have all my ducks (or bouquets) in a row. I want to help you discover your vision and address your needs so the wedding of your dreams is within reach.

Parties are my passion and going BIG is my fashion! I love to talk about ideas, work on a vision, and create a concept that most brides could only dream of having at their wedding. I love the bling and sparkle but I’ll bring it down a notch or two if you’re looking for sleek and elegant or a vintage inspired soiree. I have over 16 years experience in the wedding industry and I plan to keep designing for 16 more. If you like to dream BIG and go all out then I’m your girl.

The man with the plan…
Why am I the man for the job? Simple—I care. When you hire our team, you are getting a group of people who truly do value your day. I am not blinded by bling. I am professional and everything I do must be done to perfection. As crazy and arrogant as that may sound…I walk into every event as if it is my only event and execute it as if it were my own.
What do I bring to the table? 20 years in event management, my expertise with the Fountains, Memrical and previous event venues, superb organizational skills and a little OCD. If we are going to do it, we are going to do it right
